Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) establish the rights and obligations between the provider of the personalized nutrition plans service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and its customers.

1.2. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and undertake to comply with them.

Order and Delivery of Service

2.1. Ordering a personalized nutrition plan is done by completing the order form on our website and submitting the order.

2.2. The customer will receive the personalized nutrition plan along with an invoice within 48 hours of submitting the order.

Payments and Refunds

3.1. Payment for the provision of the personalized nutrition plan must be made in accordance with the specified prices and payment methods.

3.2. Refunds for the provided Service are not possible, as it involves providing information and services tailored to the customer.

Protection of Personal Data

4.1. The Service provider undertakes to protect customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policy.

Liability

5.1. The Service provider is not liable for any health or other complications that may arise from the use of the personalized nutrition plan. The plan was created based on criteria provided by the customer, and therefore, the customer bears sole responsibility for its adherence.

Cancellation and Termination

6.1. The customer does not have the right to cancel an order for a personalized nutrition plan after it has been submitted and confirmed.

6.2. The Service provider reserves the right to cancel or suspend the provision of the Service in case of technical issues or violation of these Terms.

Final Provisions

7.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Service provider and the customer and replace all previous agreements and understandings.

7.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms may be updated or amended by the Service provider from time to time without prior notice.
